Born in Anderson, South Carolina and raised in Slidell, Louisiana, Kris grew up with a strong sense of service, responsibility, and commitment to others.

At 19, he enlisted in the United States Army, following in the footsteps of generations of men in his family who have served this country since World War I. Military service had been a lifelong dream, but in 2015, that chapter came to an unexpected end when Kris was seriously injured and honorably discharged.

Faced with rebuilding his own life and creating an entirely new future, Kris returned to school and pursued education in supply chain and data science. His career gave him financial stability and strengthened what would become some of his greatest professional skills: analyzing complex information, identifying problems quickly, managing moving pieces, and finding solutions under pressure.

But something was still missing.

In 2019, Kris found his faith and became actively involved in serving others through volunteer work in his church. It reconnected him with something that had always been deeply important to him: being useful to people when they need help most.

His introduction to real estate came in 2020. He quickly recognized that real estate could offer something his corporate career could not: the opportunity to build an honest living while directly helping people solve real problems.

Kris entered real estate professionally through wholesaling in 2023. After a partnership ultimately did not work out, he stepped away, took what he had learned from the experience, and eventually made the decision to build something of his own.

Today, Kris specializes in helping homeowners facing foreclosure, probate, and tax issues. That focus is intentional.

Foreclosure can be one of the most stressful and uncertain experiences a homeowner faces. There are deadlines, financial pressures, difficult decisions, and often an overwhelming amount of information to navigate at once. Kris believes people in those situations deserve to be treated with dignity, honesty, and respect while being given clear information about the options available to them.

His background has taught him how to walk into complicated situations, understand what is happening, remain calm under pressure, and look for solutions others may overlook.

For Kris, real estate is not simply about acquiring property. It is about helping people find a way forward. He brings together the discipline of a veteran, the analytical thinking of a data and supply chain professional, the experience of a real estate investor, and a deeply rooted commitment to service.
