Home 1st Buyers is a real estate investment company operating in Houston Metro & Surrounding Areas. We purchase residential property directly from owners, renovate and resell property, and hold rental property. Home 1st Buyers is a registered DBA of Deployed Deals LLC.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or payment card data through this website. We do not run credit checks on sellers.
We collect information when you start a conversation in the chat widget on this site, call or text the number listed on this site, email us, or otherwise communicate with us, and automatically when you browse the site.
Our website chat widget is provided by LeadConnector and is the only feature on this site that collects a phone number. It is operated on our behalf and feeds our CRM directly.
If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages, we may send you marketing, informational and customer care SMS messages: questions and replies about the property you contacted us about, notification that your written offer has been sent, follow up about it, and marketing messages about homes we are buying in your area. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of receiving an offer, selling your property, or any other purchase.

We use a messaging platform provider to deliver these messages on our behalf. That provider processes your number solely to transmit our messages to you and is contractually restricted from using it for its own marketing purposes.
